Product Description
Protirelin, also known as thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH), causes the secretion of thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) from the anterior pituitary gland. TSH acts on the thyroid gland to release the thyroid hormones thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3). Additionally, protirelin shows prolactin-releasing activity.
