HMG, known as human menopausal gonadotropin, is a substance extracted from the urine of menopausal women and contains FSH and LH. Its main role in promoting follicular development is FSH. Ovulation, or luteal support after HMG therapy.

Contains FSH and LH, which can promote the development and maturation of follicles for women, promote the secretion of estrogen by the follicles, and cause endometrial hyperplasia. For men, it can promote the development of seminiferous tubules in testis, promote spermatogenic cell division and sperm maturation. Clinically, it is mainly used with velveteen gonadotropin box for primary or secondary amenorrhea caused by insufficient gonadotropin secretion, anovulatory thin menstruation and infertility caused by it. Side effect of HMG

Overdose can cause excessive ovarian stimulation syndrome, enlarged ovaries, ruptured ovarian cysts, multiple pregnancy and abortion. Individuals have ascites, pleural effusion, arterial thromboembolism, and fever.
